Live Springdale | The Apollo on Emma

The Apollo on Emma re-opened its doors mid-August 2017. The historic, once movie theater, has been transformed into NW Arkansas most epic and glamorous Wedding & Event Venue. The venue has marble flooring, 20' ceilings, crystal chandeliers, built in bars, double wooden staircases, which lead up to the Metropolis Room overlooking the main ballroom. With over 5000 sq. feet of space and the capacity of 664 inside & 200 outside, it is both versatile & elegant.

We opened our doors in mid-August 2017 as NWA most epic Wedding and Event Venue. The historical, once Apollo movie theater, has been completely remodeled with a classical 1940's art deco appeal. There are marble floors and counters, ten crystal chandeliers, a elegant foyer with the original statue of "Apollo", a breathtaking cocktail lounge that has 20 foot ceilings and a 15 foot vintage mirror, dating back to the early 1800's.

There is a marble top and cherry wood built in bar in the cocktail lounge, which is perfect for a cocktail hour or serving signature drinks. There are two staircases located on both the East and West sides of the lounge leading up to the Metropolis Room. Our ballroom has 20-foot inverted ceilings with state of the art A/V throughout the entire space. There is a catering kitchen located to the far North side of the venue, with a commercial double fridge and ice machine. We have a capacity of 664, with over 5000 sq. feet of space. Our venue also comes with 350 white chiavari chairs, white cushions, 35 of the 60? round tables, 4 of the 6ft rectangle and 2 of the 8ft rectangle tables.

The facade of the building still has the original box office which can be used for ticketed events. The original Movie Marquee is also a fun way to showcase to your guests for your event.
