Our staff here decided to replace the "What's Happening" panel on the
front page of LiveSpringdale.com with a "Covid-19 Pandemic
Community Help" panel. Below I have included details of the 4 different
buttons we created for your benefit.
C-19 Restaurant Guide: This page has already been a huge success. In our current environment nearly every restaurant has altered their hours. This page gives you the restaurant name, phone number, current hours and available methods of purchasing their food currently. Be it carryout, curbside or delivery.
Daily Update From The Mayor: Each day around 4pm the Mayor's Office is releasing an update with information pertinent to our city and sometimes our state. Information on the number of COVID-19 cases, changes in city procedure, directives from government officials and all other public information regarding the current health crisis.
Springdale Social Distancing Facebook Group: We created a group as a subsidiary of Live Springdale on Facebook that allows restaurants, their owners, their employees and you the people to post about menus, meals, services, specials and other things that are relevant to the small business world in Springdale right now. Take advantage of this. There is a lot of good information being posted here.
Springdale Senior Center Help Information: The Senior Center is a vital part of our community and is currently the lifeline for our city's most vulnerable population. They run the Meals On Wheels Program as well as provide aid and services to seniors throughout our community who need help with essential supplies as well as a hand with things like online ordering and grocery delivery and such. This button allows you to donate to Meals on Wheels as well as provides a list of things these good people need right now.
