Some Springdale Utilities
Suspending Disconnections
In a time where so many are out of work or having hours drastically
reduced the utility companies are stepping up to ensure we stay
connected while we work through this together. Here are the
statements from the utilities that are participating in this.
SWEPCO is temporarily suspending all disconnections of service for
non-payment. We know our customers are concerned about their
families, and ensuring they have reliable electric service allows them to
focus on staying healthy and well. We are committed to doing what we
can to help our customers, our employees and the communities we
serve navigate this uncertain time. We urge customers to make every
effort to keep their accounts current during the period when
disconnections are suspended. If customers anticipate problems
paying their electric bills, please contact SWEPCO to discuss payment
options.

pay their bill as a result of the coronavirus pandemic - and we're
waiving late payment fees for those customers.
Verizon customers experiencing hardships because of COVID-19,
Verizon will waive late fees for 60 days from March 16, 2020 to May
16, 2020, and will not terminate service to a customer who's been
impacted by the events involving the Coronavirus. If our customers are
experiencing a hardship, they should call our customer service team to
discuss their situation and available options.
