I've been eating at Las Margaritas I'd guess since they opened in Springdale so that in itself is a really good endorsement. However much like all the Montes family restaurants their food never fails to disappoint. You're always greeted with their delicious salsa and we generally choose to get their chipotle cheese dip. It is a white cheese dip with some sort of spice that gives it just a little kick, but really ramps up the flavor.
Personally, I am a fan of the Steven's Special. A mixture of rice, chicken and cheese served with tortillas and I get cheese, sour cream and guacamole. However, on the lighter side I get just two tacos and a cheese quesadilla. Either way you can't go wrong. My wife loves their nachos. Generally steak and cheese nachos also with guacamole.
Located in the middle of Springdale it is a convenient place to stop and eat and they have some great and inexpensive lunch specials that usually get you in and out the door quickly on your daily lunch break. I hope you will stop by and support a family that has made NWA their home and owns multiple businesses here in Springdale.
