Almost 3 years ago Anna and Sam Russell opened The Buttered
Biscuit in Bentonville just South of Hwy 102. To say their first venture
into the restaurant business has been a success would be selling it
short. Having personally experienced the food, which is phenomenal, I
can see and understand why. They have since moved on to opening
their second location in Bentonville on I Street in the Fall.
Their second city and 3 location in as many years will be in Springdale on 412 West in the same space as Tacos 4 Life and just East of Signature Bank. The restaurant will be 3,000 square feet and employ somewhere between 30 and 40 people. They will be opening their doors to the public on Monday, January 20th at 6a.m. and will be open Monday through Friday from 6a-2p and Saturday and Sunday from 7a-2p. They will feature high quality ingredients and made from scratch breakfasts with a menu compatible to people with many dietary needs and tastes.
So mark your calendars for 6 days from now! Let's pack the place on Day 1 and show just how thankful we are for the investment they have made in our community. See you there!
