Out to Eat: Casa Burrito

Springdale has no shortage of excellent traditional Mexican food and admittedly I take that for granted sometimes. Last week I visited Casa Burrito. It sits somewhat discreetly across 71B from Northwest Medical Center in front of the Springdale Inn. As is the case with so many excellent places to eat you may have driven by and not noticed it, but I am here to tell you it is worth stopping in and having lunch or dinner.
I ordered the House Burrito with beef and it was not only very flavorful, but enormous. The burrito was the size of the entire plate! The shell was soft and filled with rice, beans and lots of beef. It was topped with pico, a cheese sauce and slices of avocado that made it just right. After the eating the entire thing
I could have used a nap. I would say for many it could easily be two meals.
The restaurant was clean and tidy and the folks were friendly. My drink was ice cold and my food made it out quickly. I will definitely be back soon and I am thankful the Mota family has chosen to invest in our community with their time, their food and their business.
